Our teaching observation service has two components. First, a certified teaching consultant observes your staff teach during a class session of your choosing. Second, you will get a detailed report a few days later along with a presentation. This presentation is not intended to be judgmental. Instead, it is intended as a supportive way to help you analyze your teaching faculty and identify their strengths as a teacher and areas for improvement.
The purpose of teaching observation and consultation is to promote a culture of support, sustained engagement of teachers, and increase teachers’ retention. We will help you reflect on the teaching choices your faculty made during the class session and on their understanding of students and their learning. More than 8,000 teachers have benefited from our services nationwide.
